Quick News:Moonvalley has launched an AI video model for filmmakers. And they're calling it Marey. As per the company, its pose-control and motion-transfer tools are incredibly powerful for hybrid production. Have a look for yourself and decide.
Now, on to today's deep-dive newsletter workflow: Unleash Your Storytelling Power Through AI-Generated Actions, Expressions, and OutfitsActions, expressions, and backgrounds form the backbone of a story. They help the audience understand the characters and give the story a satisfying closure — especially in children’s movies or books. People relate with stories that paint vivid pictures. And the more they relate, the more engaged they feel. So if you want to craft engaging stories, it’s important to give as much thought to your characters’ actions, expressions, and backgrounds as the storyline itself. While generating AI images, this becomes a problem due to the tool’s limitations. The good news is that we’ve solved this problem in Consistent Character AI to a large extent. In the rest of this post, I will show you how to add high-quality details to your AI cartoon characters without losing consistency (and make your children or audience go “Wow”). If you haven’t tried generating AI characters yet, you can go through the below resources first:
Now that you’ve read them—and hopefully tried them out too—let’s move ahead. Change Actions, Expressions, and OutfitsOnce your character is ready, click “Action Editor” on the top right hand corner. Then provide a new prompt in the box to change the action. In this case, it’s “riding a red scooter fast.” And Voila! You have images ready to use for your books, illustrations, or social media content. You can try to make your character wear a helmet, but it’s better to do it in the next prompt. Adding too much context in one prompt could confuse the AI. (Read more prompting best practices here.) Also, you don’t have to go with the first image that gets generated. You can generate multiple variations and download the one(s) you like the most. If you want to change its outfit, you can choose the option from the dashboard. Then, upload the image, enter a simple prompt, and hit generate. Follow the same process to change expressions (and backgrounds) too. And on and on and on… Quick, relaxing, and enjoyable, wouldn’t you say? 🙂 Where To Use These CharactersWell, the sky is the limit when it comes to how you can use these images. But here are a few examples for which our users are generating characters:
